The treatment itself in a private room. Patch tests done in advance where required. Comfort prioritised throughout.

Will I need a consultation first?
Yes, every aesthetic treatment begins with a complimentary consultation, either in advance or at the start of your appointment. It's how we make sure the treatment suits and you feel completely informed.
How long do results last?
It depends on the treatment. Toxin-based treatments typically last 3–4 months. HIFU lifts can last over a year. Filler results vary by area and product. We'll give you an honest, specific estimate during your consultation.
Will it hurt?
Most treatments involve minimal discomfort. We use topical numbing where appropriate and pause whenever you need. Your comfort is priority, never rushed, never pushed through.
What's the downtime?
Varies by treatment. Most injectables: minor redness or swelling for 24–48 hours. Microneedling: 2–3 days of pinkness. HIFU and CACI: usually none. We'll give you specific aftercare for whatever you have.
Can I have treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Most aesthetic treatments are not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for caution, not because we know of harm. We'll happily plan future visits and offer suitable alternatives in the meantime, like our facials and Head Spa.
What about cancellations?
We ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable inside that window, they cover the time held in the diary that we can no longer fill.
