Patch Testing

Forty-eight hours, no exceptions.

For colour, lash tint and brow tint services, we require a patch test 48 hours in advance for new clients, and a refresh every six months thereafter. It takes five minutes, it's free, and it's how we keep you safe.

  • i.48 hours minimum.Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours before your colour or tint appointment. We'll book it free of charge.
  • ii.New & six-month refresh.If you've had a patch test with us in the last six months, you're covered. Otherwise we'll need a new one.
  • iii.Records kept properly.Every test is logged on your client profile. You'll never need to remember the date, we will.
  • iv.Anything changed since your last visit?Pregnancy, medication, allergy, recent box dye, please tell us. We'll re-test, no questions asked.
